“TBC ensures that proper day–to–day procedures and policies are enforced by providing adequate resources, appropriate levels of staffing, and ongoing evaluation.”

Quality is essential to TBC service applications–it is what drives the company’s business success. TBC’ aim is to provide the highest standards of professionalism, care and efficiency at a level that surpasses contractual and industry standards.

TBC’ Quality Management System (QMS) includes various internal and external processes that maintain close and constant communication with clients to ensure that premium customer service goals are met.

TBC’ QMS is aligned with the ISO 9001 standards set forth by the International Organization for Standardization (IS0), which requires accurate internal auditing practices that measure, monitor, score and certify that all internal quality systems, processes, and controls are consistent and managed effectively and efficiently. TBC’ QMS also includes document control, client meetings, bi–weekly staff meetings, performance reviews, customer satisfaction surveys, employee surveys and internal inspections.

An added system of “checks and balances” is achieved through the TBC QA Inspection Program, a key measuring system that allows the company to balance the services requested with the services rendered—TBC’ way of guaranteeing superior levels in all aspects of delivery and implementation.

TBC’ Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system is a systematic process that provides a quick and easy means for clients to report issues of any kind, in “real time,” to the assigned TBC project management team. Put simply, a simple electronic form is completed by the client that is automatically distributed to the appropriate TBC team. This process enables the company to provide a rapid response to clients’ concerns and implement the necessary preventive/corrective measures as soon as possible.

TBC also adheres to the stringent requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)–a set of quality assurance regulations, civil codes, and guidelines that are recognized worldwide for the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, some food, and blood–take proactive steps. GMP takes a holistic approach to regulating not only the production of products, but also the conditions of the laboratory testing environments.

Quality.
