Managed Outsourcing Services
Traditional approaches to outsourcing simply amounts to the utilization of temporary workers via temp staffing agencies. Inherent issues come into play, specifically issues concerning co-employment labor laws. Valuable time and effort spent on operational and safety training provided to the temp laborer is lost after a few months, as the temp staff is forced to be either hired on full time, or ushered out the door – and the cycle repeats itself. At TBC we feel this is terribly unproductive and represents a significant drain on our clients time spent on training and managing this revolving door syndrome.
After lengthy conversation and collaboration with our key clients, TBC has introduced a radically new approach to the outsourcing of support personnel that remedies the issues experienced with traditional temp staffing services. TBC calls this our Managed Outsourcing Services.
The key to this program is the fact that TBC provides the day-to-day management of the personnel, replacing this function previously forced upon our clients. By providing the management and supervision of the outsourced staff, co-employment is completely avoided, and thus the revolving door syndrome is eliminated.
All of the other benefits of outsourced staffing are also achieved – cost savings, seasonal/peak staffing management, candidate sourcing, screening and assessment, recruitment administration, on-boarding and offer management.
