Frederick E. Burks is Chairman, C.E.O and President of The Burks Companies, Inc. An alumnus of Tuskegee University, where he majored in business management, he brings to TBC the exemplary leadership acumen he has gained from more than 22 years of entrepreneurial and corporate experience in the services management industry. Prior to TBC Mr. Burks has developed three commercial services management entities as well as a multi-million dollar janitorial/facilities maintenance consulting company.
