James M. Weisbrodt successfully guided Partners Property Maintenance, Inc. and its clients and employees through the merger with The Burks Companies in January 1998. A graduate of Miami University of Ohio, Mr. Weisbrodt founded Partners Property Maintenance in 1994. His primary focus at TBC is on business development and expansion opportunities for all TBC business units and overseeing contract start-ups, specialty projects, and product/equipment research efforts that improve overall operating efficiencies and the productivity and quality of service levels.
