Talithacumi N. Burks joined the TBC team as Project Manager for Delta Air Lines contracts. Serving as Human Resource Manager for AT&T Global Markets in Chicago, Ms. Burks quickly rose to Executive Vice President - HR/Training/ISO Compliance and Safety. A Chicago native, she attended the University of Illinois, where she majored in economics. Her career culminates 20 years in sales and management, giving way to her strident diligence, which continues to elevate even the highest standards of TBC.
