TBC’ line employees maintain the appropriate levels of security clearance as required by the specific security protocols for each of its customers.

TBC ensures that all management and line employees are adequately trained and have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all company policies and procedures, safety issues, and professional cleaning methods. All TBC line employees must annually satisfy 12 hours of TBC Safety Training and 10 hours of TBC Basic Training. The company’s internal training program is enhanced by external workshops/seminars and continuing educational courses. Additional custodial training and certification programs are required for supervisors and managers.
