Dennis W. Forrest is a recent addition to the TBC Team. He is an Alumnus of The Georgia Institute of Technology having majored in Architecture with emphasis on Building Construction and Finance. Mr. Forrest spent his early years in construction management on Hartsfield Atlanta Airport and the MARTA Airport station prior to working in the New York office of the architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and was the resident architect for the construction of the Georgia-Pacific Center in Atlanta, a 52-story steel frame building. Over the past 20-years he was Facilities Manager for Georgia-Pacific Corporation having managed over 2.8 million square feet of space throughout the United States and Japan and brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Real Estate & Leasing, Tactical Space Planning & Design, Building Management, and Corporate Relocations.
