*TBC employs the use of a proprietary computerized Quality Assurance & Inspection Program to assist in quality assurance and the development of workflow systems for the various client infrastructures we work with. This system is based upon data management software that combines the data collected from initial walk-through and pre-assessment of the infrastructures on that specific site and provides an ongoing quality-assurance benchmarking platform to drive a formalized continual-improvement process.
